Films and photos that capture the atmosphere of places.

Hi, I’m Gyurto. I create films and photography that help people truly see a place, a business, or an event. My work focuses on visual storytelling, from filming and editing to sound design and final delivery. The goal is simple: to create films that feel authentic, visually strong, and genuinely worth watching.

Photography

Architecture, events and environments captured through documentary-style observation. Images designed for websites, publications, press materials and visual communication.

Typical projects

  • architecture & interior photography
  • event documentation
  • brand visual imagery
  • urban and environmental photography

Videography

Cinematic storytelling, real value of your company. Films created for brands, institutions and environments that want more than standard promotional footage.

Typical projects

  • brand and image films
  • hospitality & tourism films
  • real estate and architecture videos
  • conference and event coverage
  • cultural and festival documentation

Photography

Alongside filmmaking, I also create photographic material for visual communication projects. Photography often plays an important role in presenting a place or organisation consistently across different platforms. These images are typically used for websites, publications, press materials and digital communication.
My photography work includes architecture and interior imagery, urban environments, event documentation and brand-related visual material. The focus is similar to my filmmaking approach: observing how people interact with spaces and capturing the atmosphere of real environments.

WHY & HOW APPROACH

OBSERVATION BEFORE PRODUCTION… My approach to visual storytelling is strongly influenced by anthropology. Anthropology teaches careful observation: understanding how people move through spaces, how environments shape behaviour and how meaning emerges from everyday actions. In visual production this perspective translates into a documentary-style approach. Instead of constructing artificial scenes, I focus on recognising the authentic rhythm of a place and translating it into film.

Atmosphere

Translating the mood and character of a place into visual language.

Narrative

Building a clear visual story through movement, sound and rhythm.

VIDEOGRAPHY

Video is one of the most powerful ways to communicate a place, a brand or an event. A well-crafted film can capture atmosphere, movement and narrative in a way that static images cannot. My work focuses on documentary-style visual storytelling, combining observation with cinematic composition. Each project is approached individually, depending on the environment, the story and the intended audience.
From hospitality environments and cultural institutions to conferences and public events, the aim is always the same: to create films that allow viewers to experience the place they are seeing.

ABOUT ME

I’m György Sipos (Gyurto). My academic background is in political science and cultural anthropology. I studied at Corvinus University and Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and I am currently pursuing doctoral research at ELTE.
This background shapes the way I approach visual storytelling. I am interested in how people, places and events communicate meaning through atmosphere, movement and narrative.
Alongside academic work I have worked as a journalist, videographer and visual content creator, collaborating with businesses, cultural institutions and international partners. Many projects take place in international environments including festivals, conferences and diplomatic contexts.
My primary focus is video production, often complemented by photography as part of broader visual communication projects.
